Returns Policy
Change of Mind/Incorrect Cartridges
If you have accidentally ordered the incorrect cartridge you can return them to us for an exchange/credit. Please note that cartridges must still be in as new condition, fully sealed and in-box. Any cartridges that have been opened are unable to be returned. The customer is responsible for returning the cartridge to us, please contact us and we can supply you with return details for our nearest warehouse. Restocking fees apply. Please note that return requests due to a change of printer, are considered Change of Mind returns.
Unused Cartridges
Printers are unfortunately fickle beasts and will break down at some point. If your printer dies and you still have unopened cartridges that have been purchased within the last 3 months you can return them to us for a credit that can be put towards cartridges for your new printer. Please note that cartridges must still be in as new condition, fully sealed and in-box. Any cartridges that have been opened are unable to be returned. The customer is responsible for returning the cartridge to us, please contact us and we can supply you with return details for our nearest warehouse. Restocking fees may apply.
Faulty Cartridges
If you are experiencing issues with your cartridges please complete the following steps:
1) View our troubleshooting page for answers to common issues you may encounter
2) If you're still having trouble please contact us. Our tech team will be able to guide you through additional troubleshooting to get you back up and running. If they are unable to then they will organise for an exchange or refund of your product.
All Inkspot cartridges have a 12 month warranty. Cartridges may need to be returned for assessment before a replacement is issued. Inkspot may refuse to replace or refund a cartridge if you have misused it in such a way to contribute to the problem or damage the product.
Inkspot may refuse to give you a replacement or refund for change of mind purchases.
Store Credits
Store credits are issued at our discretion and are subject to specific conditions, including expiry dates, which may be advised at the time the credit is provided. If no expiry date is stated for a discretionary credit, it will expire 12 months from the date the credit is issued.
This credit policy is separate from, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
